2A/4A Competition - Adult Volunteer Sign Up for October 31, 2015

    Instructions:  Click the applicable area to indicate if you are available to volunteer.   You may sign up for more than one shift.
    CLICK the "SUBMIT" button to send your submission to the Spring Valley Band volunteer coordinators.

    Welcome our visiting bands as they arrive on campus and distribute the registration packets.  Assign each band to their student Band Guide.  Chairs- Sheree Rabon, Susan Garris

    Work in a booth selling 2A/4A Souvenir Programs. 
    Chairs - Richard Coulter, Brad Fleming

    Set up and maintain the hospitality suite for the visiting band directors. Chair - Regina Dilley, Megan Davis, Deborah Whitlow

    Sell admission tickets in the ticket booth at the front gate of the stadium. Chair - Beth Gray

    Set-up and man the various water stations that provide water breaks for the competing band members and staff. Chair - Ken Hopkins

    Be a "Jack of All Trades" - set up, clean up, and various needed odd jobs, deliveries, and the occasional errand for supplies.  
    Chair - Matt Moore
    Work in one of two concessions booths selling concession items.  May be asked to assist in grilling burgers and hot dogs. Chairs - Chasity Brazell, DeVonne Bradshaw

    Work in a booth selling 2A/4A Souvenir T-Shirts. Chairs- Tara George, Tempie Bowers, Dionne Fleshman

    Set up and maintain the hospitality suite for the event judges. Chair - Stephanie Whitson

    Sell food tickets for our guests to redeem at the concession stand and food vendor trucks. Chair - Bob Moore

    Assist our visiting bands and guests with parking locations and parking of equipment trucks and buses. Chairs - Steven Brazell, Tommy Ross

    Guide visitors into the stands and make sure that guests are not walking in and out during performances.  Monitor the handicapped seating area
