IT'S FUNDRAISING TIME!!!
It's Fruit time!!!  Sell, sell, sell!

Fall is in the air which means its time for the Band Fruit Sale!  We are looking forward to another successful band fruit fundraiser.  In addition to the fruit, we will be selling Gourmet Coffee and Wisconsin Cheese.  We felt the coffee and cheese would be a nice addition to build a basket of fruit, cheese and coffee as Thanksgiving gift baskets qand wonderful practical winter presents.  Each will have a separate order form which is located below (pdf files).  The fruit order forms will be marked Nov. & Dec.  There will be extra order forms in the band room.  We will be doing 2 different deliveries on the fruit in November and December but will only do one delivery on the cheese and coffee.  The fundraiser runs from Oct. 20 - Nov. 16th.  All orders (fruit, coffee and cheese) will be due Nov. 17th.  November fruit pick up will be on Monday, Nov. 24th 4-7pm.  December fruit pick-up will be Monday, Dec. 15th 4-7pm.  Coffee and cheese pick-up times will be announced.  Remember that 20% of your student's total sales will be used toward their fair share.  Listed below are some facts about the fruit which may help answer questions that people may have.  Please call or e-mail if you have any questions or concerns regarding this fundraiser.

Fruit Description

The fruit is grown in Florida and Washington State.  Navel oranges are larger oranges with thicker skins and are usually seedless.  Hamlin Oranges have thinner skin and are for orange juice.  Tangelos are a hybrid of tangerine and oranges, they are very sweet and juicy for either juicing or eating and easy to peel.
